Athletic Association Enrollment for Graduates and Former Faculty and Staff

Alumni and former faculty and staff members who wish to use Gotenshita Memorial Hall must become Athletic Day Supporting Members.
Please apply at the Athletic Day Desk with the documents and membership fee listed below.
An Athletic Day Supporting Membership card will be issued.

  1. Required Documents
    1. Passport photo (3.0cm x 3.5cm)
    2. Identification (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.)
    3. Document(s) proving your status as an alumnus or former faculty and staff member (graduation certificate, degree certificate, retirement certificate; copies are acceptable.)
  2. Athletic Day Supporting Membership Fee
    ¥3,000 (valid for one year).

    • *1. Submitted documents will not be returned.
    • *2. The membership is valid for one year from the start date of use.
    • *3. If you are unable to visit the Athletic Day Desk during opening hours, please apply at the Gotenshita Memorial Hall reception desk and collect your membership card at the same desk the next time you visit.
      (If you would like to apply for a pass card (¥17,000 for six months, ¥31,000 for one year) along with your supporting membership application, please apply at the Gotenshita Memorial Hall reception desk with your ID photo and the necessary fees.)
